BJP lines up programmes in state,Gadkari,Sushma likely to attend

The state unit of the Bharatiya Janata Party has planned a number of programmes in April.

The state unit of the Bharatiya Janata Party has planned a number of programmes in April. A large number of national-level BJP leaders including party president Nitin Gadkari and leader of Opposition in the Lok Sabha Sushma Swaraj are likely to take part in these programmes which are to begin from Saturday.

At a training workshop planned to be held on Saturday,national BJP spokesperson Ravi Shankar Prasad and Central media coordinator Shrikant Sharma will be addressing the members of the party’s media cell. On Sunday,the party will hold a public meeting in Bansi in Siddharth Nagar district,which will be addressed by Sushma Swaraj and national secretary Varun Gandhi.

On April 6,the party will be celebrating its foundation day across the state and some national leaders are expected to participate in the events. This will be followed by the release of the party’s chargesheet against the corrupt practices of the state BSP government on April 7,where senior leader Kirit Somaiya would be present.

The party’s much talked about ‘Mahasangram” rallies will also be held in April. BJP national president Nitin Gadkari is expected to be addressing these rallies,which will begin from Meerut on April 9,followed by Gorakhpur on April 17,Varanasi on April 18,Faizabad on April 26 and Agra on April 27.
