Four armed men robbed Rs 39 lakh from a cash van outside a Union Bank of India ATM in Northwest Delhis Mansarovar Park area on Friday morning. They attacked the cash van guard with the butt of a pistol and stole his gun before fleeing with the cash,police said. The accused were unmasked,and were probably aware of the fact that the CCTV camera in the ATM was not working,police said.
