Musical presentation based on PM’s life depicts his ‘untold story’

During the event at Indira Gandhi Stadium. (Express photo by Abhinav Saha)A grand musical presentation titled “Mera Desh Pehle – The Untold Story of Narendra Modi”, based on the life of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, was organized by the Delhi government at Indira Gandhi Stadium on Thursday.
“Narendra Modi has emerged as a global leader working for the welfare of humanity at large. Having such a great personality as the guide of our party and as the leader of our nation is a matter of honor and inspiration for all of us. We are committed to following his path and contributing to nation-building,” said BJP national president J P Nadda, who was present at the event.
According to officials, the event was conceptualised by renowned lyricist and writer Manoj Muntashir. The programme portrayed the Prime Minister’s journey from childhood to his political career and rise to leadership through musical performances, emotive storytelling, and grand stage presentations.
Famous singer B Praak, along with other distinguished artists, enthralled the audience with their soulful renditions.
“Today’s grand event provided a wonderful opportunity to understand the inspiring journey of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi’s life. The people of Delhi had the chance to witness and learn about various aspects of his journey up close. This presentation has truly proven to be a memorable experience for everyone,” said Chief Minister Rekha Gupta.
The event was part of Sewa Pakhwada, a series of events organized by the Delhi government to mark Modi’s 75th birthday.
“This programme is not merely a cultural presentation but an endeavor to bring Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s extraordinary leadership journey to the masses. This evening awakened a renewed spirit of patriotism, inspiration, and resolve,” said Kapil Mishra, Minister of Art and Culture.
