A 12-Year-old boy has been arrested for allegedly molesting two sisters,also minors,in Aman Vihar,Outer Delhi,on Tuesday evening. The incident was reported to police around 6 pm on Tuesday. Aman Vihar police have registered a case under Section 377 of Indian Penal Code against the suspect he was arrested on the basis of a complaint by the girls. Police have sent the suspect to juvenile home. The boy was alone in a room in B-Block,Aman Vihar,when the girls entered and he tried to tease them, a senior officer said. When the sisters objected,he allegedly sexually assaulted them. Post-assault,the boy threatened them against letting it out to anyone,says a complaint lodged by the victims family. DCP (Outer) Atul Katiyar said,It is a case of molestation,not rape. We have sent the boy to a juvenile home. Police officers said a medical examination of the girls confirmed sexual assault. According to police,the suspect is a Class V student of a government school in the area; he lives in the same neighbourhood as the victims. Parents of both the victims and the suspect are labourers and no one was home when the incident took place. Officers said the boy will undergo counseling sessions at the juvenile house.
