Lakhs robbed from house in Ashok Vihar

Unidentified men held a domestic help hostage and robbed a house in Ashok Vihar,Northwest Delhi,of several lakhs in the early hours of Friday. The police said the incident occurred at the residence of one Sandeep Luthera,who stays with his wife and two children. The domestic help told the police she was sleeping in the kitchen when four armed men gagged her and robbed the house while the family slept. She raised an alarm after the robbers fled. Luthera then called the police. A case has been registered and the police are questioning the help.
