Delhi Police has bound down two women for allegedly shooting a video inside a Metro train playing Holi in a bid to make an Instagram reel, officers said.
Officers said that they had received a complaint regarding “obscene and unlawful activities” inside the Delhi Metro compartment from AGM, Operations, of the Delhi Metro, Kashmere Gate, in this regard. It was stated that on March 21, two women inside the Metro compartment recorded a “vulgar and obscene video” and circulated it on social media platforms.
During investigation, Noida Police was contacted, current locations of both the phones of the girls were collected. “Today (on Wednesday), both the girls have been traced and examined in the case. They admitted to their role in making the reel in the running Metro,” said police.
Both women were 22-year-old, and were from Noida, said the police.

They were booked under IPC section 294 pertaining to Obscene Acts and Songs and 59 of The Metro Railways (Operation and Maintenance) Act which has been lodged at the Netaji Subhash Place Metro Police Station.
On enquiry, it came on record that both started making reels from NSO Metro to the Kashmere Gate Metro Line.
