The child, who lived in the same area, was playing outside the house at the time of the incident. He was rushed to Satyawadi Raja Harish Chandra Hospital in Narela but was declared dead by doctors.
A team from Narela police station visited the spot. An enquiry has been initiated and appropriate legal action will follow, said police. Preliminary inspection suggested that the structure was old and weakened by rain, officers said.
