Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini on Thursday instructed officials to ensure no shortcomings in the cleanliness of Gurgaon. He announced that he would inspect the cleanliness arrangements in the city next week.

This comes weeks after Chief Secretary TVSN Prasad announced solid waste exigency in the city.

At the grievance redressal committee meeting, he addressed 19 out of 20 complaints, with instructions to take action in one case by the next meeting. He directed the officials to transfer Mayfield Garden Society in Sector 51 to the Municipal Corporation within a week.
