Delhi govt working 24*7, will present 100-day report card on May 31, says CM; lauds ‘4-engine’ government
Taking a hit at the previous AAP government, she said that the "systems in Delhi that had long been dysfunctional have now been revived and put back on track with priority"

Chief Minister Rekha Gupta on Monday said that her government will unveil a 100-day report card on May 31, detailing its achievements and initiatives since taking office on February 20.
“You have seen that the Delhi government is working 24X7. Our government is completing its 100 days on May 30. We will present our report card to the people of Delhi on May 31. We will give the details of every single work done by us,” Gupta said during an event at Bharat Mandapam. The report card aims to highlight the government’s efforts to improve the city’s infrastructure, healthcare, and public services, she said
Monday’s event focused on the 11 years of achievements of the Central government, three years of “good governance by the Lieutenant Governor of Delhi”, and 100 days of the Delhi government’s initiatives and accomplishments, said the Chief Minister’s office in a statement.
Gupta underlined that under the leadership of PM Narendra Modi, the “four-engine” government brought revolutionary initiatives like Digital India, Aatmanirbhar Bharat, Ayushman Bharat, and India’s impactful presence at global platforms like G-20, which reflect the country’s evolving global identity.
“Modi ji’s capable leadership has not only strengthened India as a nation but also proved that through missions like ‘Operation Sindoor’, India is fully committed to protecting the dignity and lives of its citizens,” she added.
The event was attended by Lieutenant Governor Vinai Kumar Saxena, Cabinet ministers, MPs, MLAs, senior officials, policy experts, social workers, and representatives from various sectors, among others.
In February, the BJP formed the government in Delhi after 25 years, ending the Aam Aadmi Party’s (AAP) decade-long rule. The party won 48 seats in the 70-member Assembly in the elections. Gupta took oath as the Chief Minister on February 20 along with her Cabinet colleagues in a grand ceremony attended by PM Modi at Ramlila Maidan.
Speaking on the Delhi government’s performance, the Chief Minister highlighted that the first 100 days have been fully dedicated to public welfare, transparency, and accountability. She said that all the ministers and MLAs have worked tirelessly with dedication and a sense of service.
Taking a hit at the previous AAP government, she said that the “systems in Delhi that had long been dysfunctional have now been revived and put back on track with priority”. “Today, Delhi is once again progressing on the path of development and good governance,” she added.
“It is our duty to inform the people of Delhi. Whatever work we have done in our 100-day tenure and whatever schemes we have brought here, we will present all details before the people of Delhi on May 31,” the Chief Minister added.
The CM also highlighted the initiatives taken by her government in the last three months such as implementation of Ayushman Bharat scheme, Arogya Mandir, Vay Vandana project for senior citizens, Yamuna cleaning, approval and allocation of Budget to Mahila Samman Yojana, DEVI buses, pollution control measures like cloud seeding projects, water sprinkler, mist sprayer and others.
“In these 100 days, we have taken strong steps to make the administration accountable, policies transparent, and services accessible. Our resolve is to place Delhi among the cleanest, safest, and most developed cities in the world. This is the true definition of a Viksit Delhi,” she underlined.
