Bookings for the new phase will begin at 12 pm on November 7 through DDA’s Awaas PortalThe Delhi Development Authority (DDA) will launch Phase II of its Jan Sadharan Awaas Yojana 2025 from November 7, offering 1,537 flats under the Lower Income Group (LIG) and Economically Weaker Section (EWS) categories across various parts of the city.
According to a circular issued on October 23, the move follows an “overwhelming public response” to the first phase of the scheme launched in September, in which all 1,167 flats were booked on the first day.
The new phase includes 1,120 EWS flats in Narela (G-6 and G-7, Pocket 11, near the proposed Rithala–Narela–Kundli Metro Corridor), 308 LIG flats in Rohini Sectors 34 and 35, 73 LIG flats at Ramgarh Colony near the Jahangirpuri Metro Station, and 36 EWS flats in Moti Nagar near the Basai Darapur Metro Station.
Bookings for the new phase will begin at 12 pm on November 7 through DDA’s Awaas Portal (https://eservices.dda.org.in). The scheme will retain the same name: DDA Jan Sadharan Awaas Yojana 2025.
The booking amount for each LIG flat is Rs 1 lakh, while for EWS flats it is Rs 50,000. Applicants must pay a one-time registration fee of Rs 2,500 on DDA’s portal, though those already registered need not pay again.
At Narela, the EWS flats range between 34.8 sq m and 35.1 sq m in plinth area, priced between Rs 13.7 lakh and Rs 13.8 lakh, with a 15 per cent discount applicable.
In Rohini, LIG flats are priced between Rs 14 lakh and Rs 14.2 lakh, while at Ramgarh Colony, the LIG flats are priced between Rs 15.3 lakh and Rs 16.9 lakh, also eligible for a 15 per cent discount.
In Moti Nagar, the EWS flats range from 33.1 sq m to 45.1 sq m in plinth area, priced between Rs 25.2 lakh and Rs 32.7 lakh.
