DCW wont intervene: Chairperson

After announcing it would send a notice to Sidhartha Mallya over his controversial tweet against Zohal Hamid,the Delhi Commission for Women on Monday said it could not intervene since Zohal had already hired a lawyer to send him a legal notice.

After announcing it would send a notice to Sidhartha Mallya over his controversial tweet against Zohal Hamid,the Delhi Commission for Women on Monday said it could not intervene since Zohal had already hired a lawyer to send him a legal notice.

DCW chairperson Barkha Singh said: We cant do anything about it now,we cannot take a case that is sub-judice. When she approached us she had not taken any legal action.
