Suspected Indian Mujahideen members Irfan Mustafa Landge and Syed Feroz Hamza have sought action against the Delhi Police’s Special Cell officers for not maintaining a proper case diary.

NEW DELHI: Suspected Indian Mujahideen members Irfan Mustafa Landge and Syed Feroz Hamza have sought action against the Delhi Police’s Special Cell officers for not maintaining a proper case diary. Landge’s counsel said police did not maintain a paginated and bound diary,but produced loose papers as “case diary”.

One held for rape

NEW DELHI: Police have arrested a placement agency owner for allegedly raping a woman from Jharkhand after promising to give her a job. She told police that the man took her to a room inside his office in Moti Nagar and raped her.

Lawyers’ strike

NEW DELHI: Lawyers at Karkardooma Court will strike work on Thursday demanding shifting of the proposed Metro station,which will be nearly 2 km away from the court. They want the station to be near the court.
