Landges counsel said police did not maintain a paginated and bound diary,but produced loose papers as case diary.

One held for rape

NEW DELHI: Police have arrested a placement agency owner for allegedly raping a woman from Jharkhand after promising to give her a job. She told police that the man took her to a room inside his office in Moti Nagar and raped her.

Lawyers strike
