Ankur Ankur Tewari has had a slow start to a career in Bollywood. Over the last 10 years,he has taken on various roles,from lyricist and playback singer to actor and director. But this year may be the big break for the popular indie musician. Yash Raj Films has roped him in for a new film production,which will have a youth-oriented theme. Tewari says,Were still working out the script and will be able to share more details only early next month. He has previously co-directed Lets Enjoy (2004),whose track Sab se peeche hum khade ruled the airways for quite a while. However,the film tanked at the box office. He has also had considerable success with his band Ankur Tewari and the Ghalat Family. He says,I will be composing a couple of tracks. Maybe Ill get a few indie musicians to collaborate on the film too. But its too early to talk yet.
