AI employee arrested for molestation

A crew member of Air India was arrested for allegedly molesting two women from the Northeast in the lobby of a five-star hotel in the city on Thursday.

Paramjeet Singh (26) was arrested after two women informed police about the incident.

According to police,the women had gone to the hotel for dinner on Wednesday. When the two were leaving the hotel,they were stopped by Singh who,they claimed, was in an inebriated state.

A case under IPC Sections 354 (assault with intent to outrage the modesty of woman) and 323 (causing hurt) has been registered.
