AAP holds meeting of its councillors, MLAs over organisational restructuring
The meeting was led by AAP Delhi Convenor Gopal Rai, Leader of Opposition Atishi, and Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD) in charge Durgesh Pathak.

The AAP on Thursday held a meeting of its councillors and 22 MLAs to discuss the party’s organisational restructuring in Delhi.
The meeting was led by AAP Delhi Convenor Gopal Rai, Leader of Opposition Atishi, and Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD) in charge Durgesh Pathak.
Rai, after the meeting, told mediapersons that since the Delhi elections, AAP has been engaging with office-bearers of various organisations of the party to restructure its organisational framework.
“The party has held several meetings in different phases… In the first phase, meetings were held with state-level office-bearers of different organisations. In the second phase, discussions took place with office-bearers from all 70 Assembly constituencies. The third phase involved meetings with office-bearers of AAP’s frontal organisations and then deliberations with all candidates who contested the Assembly elections.”
“On Thursday, the party held its fifth phase of the meeting with the councillors, seeking their suggestions for the organisational restructuring and discussing how they can effectively advance public welfare initiatives in their wards and strengthen their role within the MCD,” Rai added.
