A 45-year-old man was allegedly shot at by his neighbour in Outer Delhi early on Monday morning following an argument three day ago over playing loud music. The victim is recuperating in Maharishi Valmiki hospital and is out of danger,police said. According to police,the incident happened at 6.30 am on Monday when the victim,identified as Satish Bhardwaj,was walking towards Narela Railway station in Outer Delhi. The accused,identified as Praveen (22),had an argument with Bhardwaj three days ago. Praveen had been playing loud music at his home at night and Bhardwaj had a problem with this. He confronted Praveen over this and it ended in a heated argument between the two. Apparently,Praveen was still angry with Bhardwaj over the issue. So he came on Monday morning and shot Bhardwaj, a senior police officer said. Bhardwaj received a bullet injury to his right shoulder. He was rushed to the hospital and was declared stable after an operation was performed to remove the bullet,police added. Bhardwaj,police said,is the brother of an Arjuna awardee and lives in Narela with his family.
