Over a thousand high-rise luxury apartments in Gurgaon, each worth Rs 7 crore, have been sold out within three days of their pre-formal launch. According to real estate major DLF, record-breaking pre-formal launch sales of over Rs 8,000 crore was witnessed for ‘The Arbour’ located at DLF Sixtythree on Golf Course Extension in Sector 63.
The Arbour, which DLF said was a luxury neighbourhood spread over 25 acres with five towers that rise up to 38-39 stories, was fully sold out within three days even before a formal launch. “It comprises of well-appointed, spacious, and elegant 1,137 identical 4 BHK + study + utility room configurations, with prices starting from INR 7 crore onward, per unit,” DLF stated.
Aakash Ohri, Group Executive Director and Chief Business Officer of DLF Ltd, said, “Our latest luxury offering, ‘The Arbour’ has received a phenomenal response even before it was launched. We are truly humbled by the interest we have received from the most discerning homebuyers in the country and overseas. This is clearly an endorsement of the highly aspirational DLF lifestyle.”
Ohri noted that over 95 per cent of the buyers were individuals who had bought residential units for their end usage. He also sought to underline the high accessibility and “aspirational location” which was a “natural extension to Golf Course Road” with seamless connectivity to other parts of Gurugram, Delhi and Faridabad.
