Youth arrested for ‘raping’ minor in Dadumajra

A 19-year-old youth was arrested on Saturday on charges of raping a minor at knifepoint in Dadumajra two days ago. Police said Salman Khan took the 14-year-old girl,his neighbour,for an outing at the lake in Dhanas on Thursday. While returning,he invited her to a friend’s house. “There was nobody in the house except Salman’s friend. He raped her on knifepoint and threatened her to not disclose the incident to anyone,” police said. Sources said the victim narrated the incident on Saturday to her parents,following which they lodged a complaint.
