Yoga training camp concludes at Army Institute of Law

A two-week-long yoga camp concluded at the Army Institute of Law in Sector 68 on Saturday.

A two-week-long yoga camp concluded at the Army Institute of Law in Sector 68 on Saturday. Vinod Bharadwaj,Chandigarh state head of Swami Ram Dev Patanjali Yoga Samitti under Patanjali Yogpeeth Sanstha conducted the camp.

The camp was organised with an aim to enhance the concentration of students and staff under the theme of “Healthy Body — Healthy Mind”. As many as 180 students and faculty members participated in the camp. The institute has been running yoga training for the batch of its fresher students every year and this was the third successive camp,said institute’s registrar Col Sushil Wali,while informing that the institute,during the camp,planted 80 medicinal plants were planted in its campus. The students pledged that they would continue to include yoga as part of their daily routine.
