Man gets 5 yrs in jail for sodomising minor boy

According to the prosecution,the accused took a child,playing outside his home,inside his shack and tried to sodomise him on April 27,2006.

Hearing the boy’s screams,his father Mehak Singh forced open the door of the accused’s hut and reportedly saw injury marks on his son’s face and neck.

He then approached the police and got an FIR registered against the accused. The medical examination report of the child also favoured the prosecution.  

The court ruled that the accused had kidnapped the boy with an intention to commit the act of sodomy.

Pronouncing the orders,the court held,“The incident has left a permanent scar on the victim’s neck and will remind him of the trauma throughout his life. It was a heinous crime and is against the law of nature. It did not expect any leniency.”
