IMTECH’s One Week One Lab campaign concludes

CSIR-Institute of Microbial Technology (IMTECH) concluded its week-long celebration of the One Week One Lab campaign Saturday, in presence of the Director General of CSIR Dr N. Kalaiselvi.
She congratulated scientists and researchers from IMTECH for the week-long program that brought a paradigm shift in looking at scientific solutions as per society’s needs. CSIR-IMTECH is a national center for excellence in microbial sciences and was established in 1984 under the aegis of CSIR.
An MoU was also signed during the event with the Punjab Biotechnology Incubator (PBTI) for giving a thrust to the startup ecosystem in the region, for the exchange of ideas, training, internship, and boost skill development initiatives. Two more MoUs were signed by IMTECH with Gujarat State Biotechnology Mission (GSBTM), and Guru Angad Dev Veterinary and Animal Sciences University ( GADVASU).
Dr Sanjeev Khosla, Director CSIR-IMTECH, emphasized on building technologies that are as per the need of the industry and are relevant in today’s times.
