Governments are run with performance and not with Khoonda,says Badal

Calling the remarks of use of Khoonda by state Congress president Captain Amarinder Singh in rallies as the “worst thing in the present democratic set up”,Chief Minister Parkash Singh Badal on Friday said that governments are run with performance and not with “khoonda”.

Badal,who was in Maur Mandi in connection with a Sangat Darshan programme,also called Congress the “most corrupt party”. “The name of the Congress should be there in the Guinness Book of World Records for being the most corrupt party,” he claimed. Badal said that with the likelihood of that poll code of conduct will soon be imposed in the state,this Sangat Darshan at Maur Mandi was his last such programme.
