The start of the year has been a red-carpet affair with multiple award shows. A regular at the awards nights (and also at bagging them) is actor Vidya Balan. Here she was spotted at a recent function and though she stuck to her favourite silhouette,the sari,Balan looked lovely. Its got much to do with the choice of colour. Its not easy to carry off aubergine but Balan teamed it up well with a shimmering blouse and her hair in an up-do. A refreshing change indeed.
