The Haryana Vigilance Bureau has caught Ram Mehar,Assistant District Education Officer,Jhajjar, red-handed while accepting Rs 7,000 as bribe from one Ram Bhagat,a coach at HD Senior Secondary School,Salhawas. In another case,the bureau caught Bhoop Singh,JE,Irrigation,Faridabad,red-handed while accepting an illegal gratification of Rs10,000 one from Ravinder,a resident of Nachauli.
