Congress Santosh Chaudhry files nominations from Hoshiarpur Former chief minister Capt Amarinder Singh today claimed that all the developmental projects in the state were initiated during the Congress regime. He accused the SAD-BJP government of non-performance and taking undue credit for the projects. He was addressing a public rally here in favour of Santosh Chaudhry,the party candidate from Hoshiarpur Lok Sabha constituency. Amarinder said the days of the SAD-BJP government are numbered and claimed the Congress would sweep the Lok Sabha polls in the state,winning all 13 seats. He called upon the voters to vote for Congress candidates to ensure another term for Dr Manmohan Singh as prime minister. Lashing out at the state government,he predicted a tax-heavy budget by the state government after the elections. Earlier,he accompanied Santosh in an impressive procession to the mini secretariat,where she filed her nomination papers.
