CM’s sangat darshan becomes poll rally

The much-hyped sangat darshan of Punjab Chief Minister Parkash Singh Badal turned out to be a political rally of the Shiromani Akali Dal.

The much-hyped sangat darshan of Punjab Chief Minister Parkash Singh Badal turned out to be a political rally of the Shiromani Akali Dal (SAD).

CM’s advisor Dr Daljit Singh Cheema found a platform to formally launch his election campaign for the Lok Sabha polls. Dr Cheema is SAD’s nominee from the newly-carved Anandpur Sahib parliamentary seat,of which Mohali and Kharar Assembly segments are parts.

Dedicating the maximum of his 25-minute speech to introducing Cheema as the “best candidate”,Badal urged the Mohali and Kharar voters to vote for Cheema, and in turn promised to fulfill all their demands. “Tuhadi koi gal vi rehan ni deni, par ek vote vi pase na pawe (Your no demand will be left but not even single vote may go elsewhere),” promised the CM,urging the impressive gathering to elect Cheema with a record margin.
