Arrest warrant issued against T-Series MD

In his complaint,Tej,a resident of Sector 70,Mohali,submitted that he has a registration of copyrights from the Union Ministry of Human Resource Development since February 11,2005.

“I had written the song Hausla Buland and was planning to release it in my voice,” said Tej,alleging that another Punjabi singer Surjit Khan of Baltana,Dera Bassi,“fraudulently got the song recorded and released through Super Cassettes Industries Ltd (T-Series) via a cassette titled Husn”.

Claiming to have suffered huge losses,both financially and psychologically,the complainant said he was shocked to see the song on various television channels,which he said were recorded and released “without his consent”.

The recording of the cassette mostly took place within Mohali,said Tej,while adding that the court issued the arrest warrant after repeated summons and bailable warrants to the accused returned without service.
