A special CBI Court will hear the case registered against former top UT bureaucrats regarding alleged corruption in the administrations controversial amusement-cum-theme park project on Tuesday.
Proceedings in the case will resume on Tuesday after the complainant moved an application seeking copies of certain documents from the premier investigating agency.
The CBI has sought a days time to submit its reply.
Vivek Aditya has asked the CBI to produce the case diary in the court.
He has also asked the CBI to submit a copy of the inquiry report sent to the Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) and IT Valuation report mentioned in the closure report.
In February,the investigating agency had filed a closure report in the case for the second time.
The closure report read that the agency had failed to investigate the claims made by Vikram Aditya,who had filed a series of complaints with the Central Vigilance Commission (CVC),New Delhi,pertaining to conceptualisation and allotment of the multi-crore amusement-cum-theme park project.
The alleged scam involves former UT advisor Lalit Sharma,former
home secretary Krishna Mohan,former director (Tourism) Vivek Atray and M/s Unitech Limited through its managing director Ajay Chandra.
The CBI had booked all four on charges of criminal conspiracy,cheating,destruction of evidence and corruption.
The FIR registered by the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) in the multi-crore amusement-cum-theme park project scam said that the Chandigarh Administrations former top bureaucrats,in connivance with M/s Unitech Limited,indulged in criminal conspiracy and awarded 73.65 acres of land in Sarangpur village to M/s Unitech Limited at Rs 5.5-crore fixed annual licence fee and 1.1 per cent annual revenue sharing.
