Admission to BA in city colleges to begin from June second week

The admission process for BA in city colleges will begin from the second week of June. All the colleges in the city offer more than 600 seats in the BA stream. The most sought after subjects in BA include Functional English,Hindi,English (honours) and French.

While Functional English is offered in MCM DAV,GGDSD College,PGGCG-Sector 11,PGGC Sector 11,PGGCG Sector 42,Sri Guru Gobind Singh College (SGGS) and Guru Gobind Singh College for Women (GGSCW) Sector 26,Journalism is offered only in GGDSD college.

SGGS college offers BA (IT) and BA (Computer Science) is one of the key courses offered by GGSCW.
