Planning to fly from Bengaluru to Delhi or vice versa? Ways to do so have just got better with Go \Air introducing non-stop flights from Bengaluru to Delhi four times a week now. Fares start from Rs 5,335 for a return trip.
“Flight G8 117 from Bengaluru will depart at 05.45 hrs on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday, and will arrive in Delhi at 11.40. The return non-stop flight G8 112 will depart from Delhi at 14.20 hrs and will arrive in Bengaluru at 17.10 hrs on Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday,” Go Air said in a statement.
The flight operations have commenced from Monday this week.
IndiGo too has introduced flights to Shirdi, Belagavi, and Rajahmundry from Sunday.
Ethiopian Airlines has recently started weekly non-stop flights between capital Addis Ababa and Bengaluru, making the Silicon Valley of India the third destination in India after Mumbai and New Delhi have direct connectivity to the destination.
“The direct passenger flights to Bengaluru from Addis Ababa is part of our strategic plan to expand in India. We are one of the first entrants to serve the Indian market, having 48 years of operation out of Mumbai,” Tadesse Tilahun, regional director, Ethiopian Airlines (Indian sub-continent) said in a statement.
While four non-stop flights a week are now operated from Addis Ababa to the city on Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, flights to the Ethiopian capital from Bengaluru are flown on Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday.
Japan Airlines has too announced direct flights to be operated from Narita International Airport, Tokyo to KIA, Bengaluru from March 29, 2020. This will make Bengaluru the second south-Indian city, after Chennai, to have a daily direct flight to the Japanese capital. Bookings for the same will be open from November 6, 2019.
