Ahead of Aero India 2025 show, Bengaluru airport announces flight disruptions from Wednesday
The Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike has ordered all meat and fish stalls as well as non-vegetarian hotels and restaurants within a 13-km radius to be closed from January 23 to February 17 in view of the biennial show to be held from February 10 to 14.

With the 15th edition of Aero India scheduled to be held in Bengaluru from February 10 to 14, Kempegowda International Airport has announced temporary flight disruptions between February 5 and 14 due to airspace restrictions.
In a press statement, the airport authorities provided revised airspace closure timings. Rehearsals and aerial displays for Aero India are the key reasons for the airspace limitations. With the airport located close to the show’s venue, the Yelahanka air force station, flight operations will be affected.
Air passengers are advised to contact airlines for details of revised or updated flight schedules and to plan their travel accordingly during this period, the airport authorities said.
The Bengaluru traffic police are likely to issue traffic diversions during Aero India and will follow the guidelines that will be issued this week.
The Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike has imposed restrictions on meat shops, the sale of non-vegetarian food, and crane operations in the vicinity of the Yelahanka air force station ahead of Aero India 2025.
