A memorandum of understanding (MoU) worth Rs 1,280 crore was signed during a pre-Vibrant Gujarat Summit dedicated to ceramics, machine tools and engineering held at Rajkot on Thursday.
Raghavji Patel, Gujarat Minister of Agriculture & Animal Husbandry, and Cabinet Minister Bhanuben Babariya were present at the event titled ‘CeraMach: Placing Gujarat on the Global Map’.
The event culminated with propositions for establishing testing laboratories, research centres, and promoting special skill sets courses for advanced ceramics in Gujarat.
