Police to hold Bharti Mela for Army recruitment

In a first,the State police have announced an Army recruitment programme “Bharti Mela” (recruitment forum) for the Indian Army which will begin this month in Junagadh and Patan. In an official release on Wednesday,the Gujarat Police said that the youth from Gujarat must participate in the recruitment camp to play a meaningful role in the country’s armed forces. The release said that the recruitment programme for the Army will go on from October 2013 to February 2014. The camp will be organised in Junagadh on October 24 and in Patan from January to February 2014.
