RJD chief Lalu Prasad Yadavs estranged brother-in-law and Bihar Congress leader Anirudh Prasad alias Sadhu Yadav,who met Narendra Modi here Friday,feels that the Gujarat Chief Minister has better qualities to become Prime Minister than Rahul Gandhi. In comparison with Rahul Gandhi,I strongly believe that Narendra Modi has much better qualities to become Prime Minister of our country, Yadav told reporters after his meeting with Modi at his Gandhinagar office. Narendra Modi is a powerful leader and today our country needs a powerful leader like Modi as Prime Minister, he said. Yadav,who parted ways with the RJD and joined the Congress before the 2009 Lok Sabha election,called it a courtesy visit. I paid a courtesy visit to the Chief Minister. I was attending a family function of a friend in Gandhinagar. Yadav was accompanied by another Congress leader from Bihar,Desai Chaudhary. He said the meeting lasted for over 40 minutes and Modi asked about old politicians of Bihar and the prevailing political situation in the state. In 2009,after joining the Congress,Yadav had unsuccessfully contested from Champaran West Lok Sabha seat. Former Bihar deputy chief minister Sushil Kumar Modi said there was no question of Yadav joining the BJP.
