The Indian Institute of Management-Ahmedabad (IIM-A) might conduct future sessions of its in-company proramme online. The in-company programme consists of courses customized for a particular company and could be related to a particular problem. It can be an HR exercise,or for a group of employees chosen and asked to learn something specific by their employers. The first session was conducted recently as an experiment and participants found the format to be convenient. Professor Sanjay Verma of the Computers and Information Systems Group said there is a good possibility of the experiment being scaled up in the future.
