The country's top B-school, the Indian Institute of Management-Ahmedabad (IIM-A) will begin summer internship recruitment process for over 390 students of the institute's flagship Post-graduate Programme (PGP) in Management for the 2014-16 batch on November 11. The recruitment process will be held in four clusters which will end on November 19. IIMA follows a cluster-cohort based placement process wherein companies offering similar profiles are grouped into cohorts, and several cohorts are invited to the campus in a particular cluster, a statement from the institute stated here on Friday. The institute will follow a rolling process post Cluster 4, if necessary, the release added. Last year, the summer internship placement process for the PGP batch of 2013-15 was completed following three clusters in November where a total of 110 firms had participated. The Boston Consulting Group was the top recruiter across clusters, picking 14 students from the campus.
