Gujarat confidential: Temple Politics

As Rahul Gandhi’s Bharat Jodo Nyay Yatra entered Netrang in Bharuch district on Saturday, INDIA bloc candidate from Bharuch Lok Sabha constituency, AAP’s Dediapada MLA Chaitar Vasava, joined him with his supporters in big numbers.

Sitting MP and BJP candidate from Bharuch, Mansukh Vasava, meanwhile, visited Yaha Mogi Mata temple at Dev Mogra in Narmada district on Saturday.

Mansukh, accompanied by his wife and children, made offerings at the temple, a revered shrine in the region. Chaitar, who had started his election campaign with Swabhiman Yatra in the last week of February, has also announced that he will conclude his Yatra by visiting the temple on March 13, which also marks his birthday.
