Gujarat Confidential: Kargil war heroes

Ahead of the Kargil war anniversary celebrations on July 26, the army has started felicitating the families of those who died in the war. On Saturday, Jaliyaben, wife of Naik Rajat Rumabhai Ravatibhai was felicitated in Mahisagar district’s Santrampur taluka. Earlier on Friday, the Army felicitated Niama Khiviben Kavaji, wife of Sepoy SK Kavaji, from Kanthariya village in Sabarkantha district. The families got a memento, a book and a letter from the Indian Army, a defence PRO release said.
