Cable operators from Saurashtra-Kutch region have moved the High Court seeking to extend the March 31 deadline for making set top Boxes mandatory for television broadcast in Gujarat by another six months. The petitioners have argued lack of infrastructure to meet the deadline which has been set for cities of Ahmedabad,Vadodara,Surat and Rajkot. The petition has been posted for further hearing on March 28.
