Ahmedabad gets a new traffic DCP in shake-up

From Ahmedabad city,DCP (traffic) MAMH Anarwala was moved to Crime Records Bureau in Gandhinagar; D H Parmar was moved from city control room as SRP Group 4 commandant to Dahod and DCP (zone 4) Amit Vishwakarma was shifted as Commandant GRP 12 in Gandhinagar. Vishwakarma will be replaced by S G Chauhan,who is currently posted as DCP (zone 4) in Surat city.

Surat city’s DCP (zone 1) Siddharth Khatri replaces Anarwala and DCP (zone 3) Surat city MK Nayak is the new Ahmedabad control room DCP.

Commandant of SRP Group 11,Vav SK Gadhvi,goes to Surat city as DCP (zone 4) while M A Chavda,DCP Rajkot city,takes charge as SP (intelligence) in Surat. N D Solanki,who was commandant at SRP in Bhuj,is the new DCP (zone 1) in Surat while M S Bhabhor from SRP Group 14 at Kevadia swaps places with P L Mall,commandant of SRP unit at Mutedi (Sabarkantha).

Parixita Rathod,a deputy superintendent of police in CID (crime),has been promoted as Ahmedabad’s DCP zone 5 in place of Wabang Jamir,who is deputed to Nagaland.

R M Pande has been promoted from DSP of Rajkot rural to DCP Rajkot city while A M Munia has been promoted from DSP at Gujarat Urja Vikas Nigam Ltd in Vadodara to commandant of SRP Group 10 at Ukai.

PC Baranda has been promoted from divisional police officer at Jamnagar rural to DCP (special operations group) under the anti-terrorist squad in Ahmedabad.

NM Zala,an armed DSP in Chief Minister Narendra Modi’s security squad,has been promoted as commandant of SRP Group 1 in Vadodara 0while RF Sangada has been promoted as SP (intelligence) in Gandhinagar from his post of divisional police officer of Dhrangadhra.

R S Bhagora has been promoted as SP CID (crime) from ACP Rajkot west.
