Bharti Dhirubhai Shiyal, born on 23rd March 1964 in Bhavnagar, Gujarat, is a Member of Parliament from the 17th Lok Sabha of India. She represents Gujarat's Bhavnagar Lok Sabha constituency as a member of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP).

She was born to Savaji Bhai and Manglaben. She completed her B.A.M.S. (Bachelor of Ayurveda, Medicine & Surgery) from Gulabkuwarba Ayurved College, Gujarat Ayurved University, Jamnagar, Gujarat. She is married to Dr. Dhirubhai B. Shiyal, and they have two children.

Her political career began with the Bharatiya Janata Party when she was elected to the Gujarat Legislative Assembly in 2012 from Talaja in Bhavnagar district. She was elected to the lower house of the Indian Parliament from Bhavnagar, Gujarat, as a member of the Bharatiya Janata Party in the 2014 Lok Sabha elections for the first time. She went on to retain her seat in the 2019 Lok Sabha elections.
