Bharatsinhji Dabhi Thakor biography

Bharatsinhji Dabhi, born on 18th March 1955 in Dabhoda, Mahesana, Gujarat, is a Member of Parliament from the 17th Lok Sabha of India. He represents the Patan Lok Sabha constituency of Gujarat and is a Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) member.

He was born to Shankarji and Gangaben. He completed his Bachelor of Arts degree. He is married to Pravinaba, and they have three sons.

His political career began with the Bharatiya Janata Party. He served as a Member of the Legislative Assembly from the Kheralu constituency in Gujarat for its 12th, 13th and 14th legislative assemblies. He was elected to the Lok Sabha, lower house of the Parliament of India from Patan, Gujarat, in the 2019 Indian general election as a member of the Bharatiya Janata Party.

He has been a member of the Standing Committee on Energy and Consultative Committee, Ministry of Jal Shakti.
