Analysing Uttarakhand High Court Order To Strike Down President’s Rule

In a major setback to the Modi government, the Uttarakhand High Court on Thursday set aside the decision of central government to impose President’s in the state, stating that it was imposed “contrary” to the law laid down by the apex court.
