'Shaandaar' co-stars Shahid Kapoor and Alia Bhatt are on a promotional spree these days as it's just a few days left for the movie's grand release. With their quirky chemistry, the duo graced the promotional event of 'Tourism in Britain' in Mumbai on October 12.
Recently Alia and Shahid had launched their song 'Neend Na Mujhko Aaye' at a coffee shop in Mumbai at midnight and the two are launching yet another song 'Raita Phail Gaya' today.
Alia Bhatt has been the cynosure of all eyes ever since her big Bollywood debut, and with her 'Shaandaar' attires at the promotional events of her upcoming movie, the actress has upped the hotness quotient to great heights.
The quirky skirt with overlapping stripes looked flattering on the 'Highway' actress.
Shahid Kapoor too looked uber handsome in light and the smile added to his appeal, as always.
Shahid and Alia are said to have developed a close bond while filming 'Shaandaar' and that has been quite evident at the promotional events of their movie.
After displaying their sizzling chemistry in 'Shaandaar', Shahid and Alia will then be seen in Abhishek Chaubey’s 'Udta Punjab' which also stars Kareena Kapoor Khan and Diljit Dosanjh.
"After 'Shaandaar', Alia is doing other films and I’m doing other films and I’m very sad that she’s working without me, but it’s okay,” said Shahid at the press conference for the 'Bollywood Britain-Shaandaar' campaign.
Shahid Kapoor will go on to work with Kangana Ranaut in 'Rangoon' while Alia is working with Sidharth Malhotra and Fawad Khan in 'Kapoor And Sons' and then will work with Varun Dhawan in 'Shuddhi' and Shah Rukh Khan in Gauri Shinde’s film.
About 'Shaandaar', Shahid Kapoor said: "The genre of a quirky love story, romantic comedy in a fairytale-ish world. We perhaps might not get the opportunity to do such a genre for the next 1-2 years."
Earlier in the day, Shahid and Alia were also seen at media interactions at the Mehboob Studios.
Clad in black striped tee teamed with skirt, Alia looked pretty as usual.
Seen here is Shahid's good friend and ace designer Kunal Rawal. Kunal designed for Shahid in 'Jhalak Reloaded' and 'Shaandaar'.
