It seems like we are living in the season of Kareena Kapoor Khan. Every now and then we get excited about how gorgeous she looks with her baby-bum. Media has kept a close eye on her, all through her pregnancy, and we have also seen her being the most confident and busiest mom-to-be, breaking hell loads of pregnancy stereotypes. During her shoot for HT Brunch, we saw her already feeling like a mother as she caressed her to-be-baby. And we bet, women out there can barely think if they will look so graceful and glowing when they get in this stage.
One of the things that we never got to know about Kareena's pregnancy was if she ever had cravings, like normal pregnant women or as glorified in the Hindi cinemas. In conversation with HT Brunch, Kareena revealed she over-indulged in eating, but of course, coming from a royal background and getting married to a Nawab, her binge was also a bit different. She said, “Of course, I’ve over-indulged in eating,” she says. “But not on desserts. I’ve binged on biryani and other ‘Kapoor foods’ like payas… It’s the one time you can allow yourself to let go, no?”
Kareena, who is in her pregnancy’s last trimester, was recently in conversation with Neha Dhupia on the actor’s podcast #NoFilterNeha where she said that both she and Saif Ali Khn are extremely excited about the baby, though they have not decided the name yet. (Picture credit: HT Brunch)
In fact, in the same conversation, Kareena was quizzed by Neha that who she thought was a better girlfriend to Ranbir Kapoor - Deepika Padukone or Katrina Kaif, to which the actor said none.
But she did chose Deepika over Katrina as an actor, adding that her Don co-star Priyanka Chopra is a lot better actor that the industry has. (Picture credit: Varinder Chawla)
