
Television and Bollywood actors Vatsal Sheth and Ishita Dutta walked down the aisle on Tuesday in a quiet ceremony at the ISKON Temple in Mumbai. The two were rumoured to be dating from the time they shared the screen space in Life OK show Rishton Ka Saudagar – Baazigar but since they were made to sign the no dating clause by the producers of the show, they kept their relationship under wraps. It is believed the Ishita and Vatsal's love story had a typical Bollywood beginning. On the sets of their show, Ishita's saree got stuck in a fan. While the fan was on a lower level, Ishita was on higher ground and there was a chance that she could have been pulled down by the fan. However, her co-star Vatsal jumped in to save her.
shita who began her Bollywood career with Ajay Devgn starrer Drishyam and soon will be seen opposite Kapil Sharma in Firangi shared a picture from her wedding ceremony confirming the news of her getting hitched to Haasil actor Vatsal. Along with the photo, the actor wrote, "Vatsal & I got married today in small and a private ceremony... Need all your love and blessings 🙏🏼."
Ishita and Vatsal's wedding was a private affair with only a few family members and close friends in attendance. Sohail Khan and Bobby Deol were also spotted at the ISKON Temple in Juhu Mumbai and later the two actors also posed with the newlyweds.
Ajay Devgn who shares a close bond with Vatsal and worked with him in his Bollywood debut Tarzan: The Wonder Car in 2004 came along with wife Kajol, sister-in-law Tanishaa Mukerji and mother-in-law Tanuja to bless the couple. Vatsal had earlier said about Ajay, "Our association goes way back when I entered this industry and he guided me in my first film. He has been a brother ever since."
Ishita and Vatsal started making news after their Bangkok vacation together. That’s when the rumours of them dating grew stronger.
Vatsal, who wanted to be a software engineer, got his first break in television series Just Mohabbat. Then he went on to star in movies like Tarzan: The Wonder Car and Heroes. He was appreciated for his negative role in TV show Ek Haseena Thi which aired in 2014.
