Aadya Rao (Zambonnay), Athira Prabhu (Kirrhi Taonga), Samanna Everaa (Donnawetter3) and Miraya R. Dadabhoy (Knockout) emerged as winners of the Fédération Équestre Internationale (FEI) Dressage World Challenge – India Team Selection event at the Mahalaxmi Racecourse in Mumbai.
Organized by the Amateur Riders’ Club (ARC) at the racecourse in Mumbai, the event was a South Zone qualifier for the FEI Dressage World Challenge – India Team Selection, which brought together India’s finest riders. Competitors from Mumbai and southern states, including Maharashtra, Karnataka, Telangana, Tamil Nadu, and Puducherry, showcased precision, control, and artistry in the arena, each striving to earn a coveted spot on the national team.
The Amateur Riders’ Club (ARC), which was established in 1942, is one of the oldest and largest private civilian horse-riding clubs in Mahalaxmi Race Course.
The North Zone qualifiers will follow soon, after which the top performers from both zones will earn the honor of representing India on the international stage under the rules and standards set by the FEI (Fédération Équestre Internationale), the global governing body for equestrian sports.
