The judicial commission probing the solar scam on Thursday directed accused Biju Radhakrishnan to furnish evidence regarding his allegations against Chief Minister Oommen Chandy before December 10.

Radhakrishnan had told the one-man commission of Justice G Sivarajan that Chandy had taken a bribe of Rs 5.5 crore from him. He had also accused the CM of having a relationship with the other accused Saritha S Nair.

Radhakrishnan had told the commission that he was willing to produce the evidence of the relationship that Chandy, his two cabinet colleagues and two other Congress leaders had with Nair.

As Radhakrishnan sought 15 days time, the commission set a deadline of December 10.
