NEET PG result 2019 declared at natboard.edu.in, cut-off 50 percentile

NEET PG result 2019: The result for the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test PG 2019 announced by the National Board of Education on its website, natboard.edu.in. The exam was conducted on January 6, 2019.

NEET PG result 2019: The National Board of Examinations (NBE) announced the result of the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) for admission to postgraduate courses (NEET-PG) on its official website, nbe.edu.in and natboard.edu.in today. Candidates can check their result, merit list and detailed marks for the NEET PG 2019 exam.

The cut-off has gone to 50 percentile with the minimum score for the unreserved category and 45 for PwD and 40 percentile score for reserved category candidates including SC/ST/OBC.

The exam was conducted on January 6 and according to the official notification, the result will be declared on January 31, 2019.  A total of 1,48,000 candidates appeared for the exam across 165 cities. The examination is being conducted on the computer-based platform in one single session.

NEET PG result 2019: How to check

Step 1: Visit the official website, natboard.edu.in

Step 2: On the homepage, click NEET PG under result section

Step 3: You will be redirected to a new page

Step 4: Log-in using the registration number

Step 5: Result will appear

Candidates need to take print out of their result for future reference.

According to reports, many students who had selected Jammu as their exam centre were not able to appear for the exam due to bad weather. The exam was scheduled for January 17 2019 in Srinagar from 2 to 5:30 pm. A total of 120 candidates were allowed to appear for the re-exam.

Further, the date for completion of internship towards a determination of eligibility for appearing in NEET-PG 2019 shall be March 31 2019, according to the official notification.

The NEET PG is single window exam for admission to postgraduate medical courses including Doctor of Medicine (MD), Masters of Surgery (MS) and PG Diploma courses. The NEET PG score is accepted in government, private, and deemed universities and colleges.
