Mohd Azharuddin gets Telangana Minority Welfare, Public Enterprises portfolios in Revanth Reddy Cabinet

Former India cricket captain Mohammad Azharuddin, who recently took oath as a minister in the Telangana Cabinet, has been allocated two portfolios. The CM Revanth Reddy government has handed him the portfolios of Minority Welfare and Public Enterprises.

The Minority Welfare department was previously held by CM Revanth Reddy. Azharuddin will be taking over the Public Enterprises Department from Adluri Laxman Kumar, read a notification issued by Chief Secretary K Ramakrishna Rao.
Both the allocations were cleared by Telangana governor Jishnu Dev Varma.
